Designing reports and document templates
Reports are stored per tenant in the database and inherit shared parts such as the letterhead.
Managing reports
Reporting → Reports lists all reports of the tenant with status (Draft or Released), document type and language. For each document type and language there is a default report.
The report designer
Reporting → Report Designer opens the designer. A report consists of bands such as header, line items and footer, where you place texts, fields, lines and images.
Inheritance
All document reports inherit from the base report briefkopf with logo, address and bank details in the footer. Derived reports store only their deviations. If you change the letterhead, all documents change accordingly.
German and English
Each document type exists in German and English. When printing, netERP selects the report according to the document’s language. From page 2 netERP prints a carry-over.
