7. Cookies und vergleichbare Technologien
This website currently does not use marketing, tracking, or analytics cookies.
A technically necessary cookie may only be set if you deliberately choose a different language. This session cookie stores solely your language preference for the current browser session and is removed automatically when the browser is closed.
Legal basis for the use of technically necessary cookies is § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG. Insofar as personal data are processed in this context, this is done on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly and consistent presentation of our website).
If optional services (e.g. analytics) are used in the future, this will only occur after appropriate information and — where required — your consent.
9. Empfänger / Auftragsverarbeiter
We may engage service providers to deliver our web offerings and to process inquiries (e.g. hosting providers, IT and maintenance service providers, e-mail service providers). These process personal data on our behalf on the basis of data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR or as independent controllers, insofar as this is necessary.
Disclosure to third parties occurs only insofar as this is necessary for contract performance, for processing your inquiry, for IT security, or for compliance with legal obligations.
Hosting / Server location: Net-Base Computer- und Netzwerktechnik e.K., Germany.
Transfers to third countries: Currently, as part of the ongoing operation of the website and portal, there are no planned transfers to third countries outside the EU/EEA. If an exceptional transfer takes place, we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards.
10. Retention period and deletion
We generally process personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the respective purposes. Afterwards, the data are deleted or blocked, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
- Server log files: generally up to 30 days, unless a security-relevant analysis (e.g. in the event of attacks) requires longer retention.
- Project and support requests (form/email): until the final processing of your request; thereafter only insofar as this is necessary for documentation, for the defense against claims or due to statutory obligations.
- Software portal (account/license data): for the duration of the contractual/usage relationship; after termination in accordance with statutory retention obligations and internal deletion policies.
- Security/audit logs in the portal: only as long as this is necessary for IT security, abuse prevention and traceability to ensure IT security, abuse prevention and traceability.
Specific deletion periods may vary depending on the individual case (e.g. type of request, contractual relation, statutory retention obligations).

Next step
If you have a specific modernization, API, or platform question, we should define the technical scope early and precisely.
Net-Base evaluates existing systems, data paths, interfaces and target platforms not in isolation, but in the context of domain logic, operations and future expansion.
- Current state, target state and technical risks are assessed jointly.
- REST, data access, portals and rollout are not deferred to later phases.
- You can see early which path is economically and operationally viable.
