2. Allgemeine Grundsaetze
We process personal data only to the extent necessary for the technical operation of our websites and portals, for the handling of inquiries, for login, download and license functions, for IT security, or to fulfil legal obligations. In doing so we specifically observe the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telecommunication-Digital-Services-Data-Protection Act (TDDDG).

When net-base-software-gmbh.de as well as the separate software portal at reg.net-base-software-gmbh.de are accessed, the server processes technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, browser type and operating system. These data are required to provide the pages in a stable, secure and technically error-free manner.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of our web offerings and in the defence against misuse and attacks.
4. SSL- bzw. TLS-Verschlüsselung
Our website and the software portal use encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). This protects transmitted content, for example project and support inquiries or login data in the portal, during transmission.
5. Projekt- und Supportformulare
If you contact us via the project or support forms, we process the data you provide, in particular name, company, e-mail address, subject and message. The inquiry is stored in our internal database, assigned to an appropriate form profile and additionally forwarded by e-mail to the internally maintained contact or support address.
The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO insofar as your inquiry is directed at pre-contractual, contractual or support-related measures. In all other cases the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO, since we have a legitimate interest in the efficient handling of incoming inquiries.
The data remain with us until the purpose of processing ceases, you request deletion, or statutory retention obligations prevent immediate deletion.
6. Kontakt per E-Mail
If you contact us by e-mail outside of the form, we process the data transmitted exclusively for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis is likewise Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) DSGVO, depending on the content of your inquiry.
We point out that communication by e-mail may have security vulnerabilities. If you wish to transmit particularly confidential information, please contact us beforehand.
7. Cookies and comparable technologies
This website currently does not use marketing, tracking or analytics cookies. A technically required language cookie may only be set if you deliberately choose a different language. This session cookie stores only your language preference for the current browser session and expires automatically when the browser is closed.
The legal basis for this technically required cookie is ???? 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the user-friendly and consistent presentation of the website in the language you have selected.
8. Software-Portal unter reg.net-base-software-gmbh.de
Under reg.net-base-software-gmbh.de we operate a separate software portal for downloads, registration, license management and account-related functions. If you access this portal for informational purposes only, the same principles as for the main site apply initially: technically necessary connection data are processed to provide the portal securely, traceably and functionally.
If you log in to the portal, enter data there or use account-related functions, we additionally process the data required for this, in particular login credentials, contact and account data, information about products, downloads, license assignments and support-related information, insofar as this is necessary for provisioning, access protection, contract performance, support and traceability.
Processing is therefore based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO insofar as it is necessary for the initiation or performance of contractual services, and otherwise on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO for IT security, abuse protection, technical administration and auditable operation. As part of login or session functions, technically necessary session cookies may be used in the portal. According to our current technical assessment, no pre-set marketing or analytics cookies are used when simply accessing the portal’s start and login pages.
9. No analytics or marketing services
No external tracking, retargeting or marketing services for visitors are currently used on our public web offerings. No third-party fonts, externally hosted JavaScript frameworks or marketing pixels are loaded for the public website. The public software portal also currently loads its styles and scripts from its own provisioning.
10. Recipients of data
Personal data are only transmitted to parties insofar as this is necessary for the provision of the website, the portal or the processing of your request. This may include technical hosting and administration service providers, provided they are engaged under strict purpose limitation. Data is not disclosed for advertising purposes.
11. Retention period
Server log data are only stored for as long as is necessary for secure operation, error analysis and abuse detection. Project and support requests are retained only for as long as is necessary for communication, project initiation, technical follow-up, internal traceability or statutory obligations.
Data from the software portal are retained only as long as necessary for account management, license administration, download provisioning, support, traceability or statutory retention obligations.
